Maelstrom
What to do when Maelstrom is activated?
Maelstroms will be activated once per round. Sometime between 35 minutes to 25 minutes remaining.
Crews Not Actively Fighting Each Other
- Must FULL sail towards the coordinate immediately.
- No stopping or detours, except to navigate around islands.
- Not all crew members are required to be on the ship.
- Ships cannot continue on until they’ve reached the island’s smooth water.
- If your ship is sunk by an enemy player at any point during the Maelstrom, your ship is no longer required to complete it.
Crews Actively Fighting Each Other
- Can continue the fight and ignore the activated Maelstrom.
