Crusading for Charity March 2024

The Cutlass Crusades is a community of Sea of Thieves players and content creators who join forces monthly to raise money and awareness for various charities. This month we'd like to support Women In Games International.

Women in Games International (WIGI) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that champions a safe, inclusive, and diverse workforce in the video game, tabletop, and esports industries. Our mission is to cultivate resources to advance economic equality and diversity in the global games industry.

WIGI empowers women, femme-identifying, and nonbinary professionals through high-quality leadership training, skill-building workshops, and initiatives focused on mentorship, professional development, and normalizing diverse representation in the global games industry. We have been building a community of games industry professionals since our inception in 2005. Our global community spans over 75+ countries and includes over 38K+ members.
