Crusading for Charity July 2023

The Cutlass Crusaders are a team of Sea of Thieves content creators who join forces monthly to raise money for various charities. This month we are crusading for the LGBTQ community and raising money for The Trevor Project.

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. We work to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: a 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text, and through Trevorspace. We also provide public education, engage in advocacy efforts, and develop research.

We save the lives of LGBTQ young people in crisis every single day. When LGBTQ young people feel lost, we’re there to let them know they’re not alone - whenever and wherever they reach out. Our deeply empathetic crisis care helps access their inner strength and resilience. And we go beyond crisis services to create a more welcoming world for LGBTQ young people, forging a collective system of support and validation. The result? Real, lasting impact. We help young people see the possibility of a future for themselves.
